Asabi Kamzori ka Ilaj in Urdu

Asabi Kamzori (Anxiety Neurosis) aik psychological bemari ha jis main hum bohat ziada pareshani or khoof ka shikar hojaty hain or most of the time ye hamary daily life ki problems hoti hain jaisa k work, money, family or health wagaira.

Asabi kamzori k patient ko lagta ha k wo apni life ka control lose kar raha ha or ab problems or tentions mazeed control nahi ho sakty jo k hamain mazeed problem tak ly k jati ha, Isi liye asabi kamzori ka ilaj jitna jaldi possibe ho start kar dena chahiye.

Asabi Kamzori ki Alamat:

Asabi kamzori ki kuch jismani alamat ye hain k sir dard, jism dard, muscles ka khichna, ziada paseena ana, chakar ana or aisa mehsos hona jaisa k sans band ho raha ha.

Bohat se log kehty hain k exercise ka mind k problems se kia relation ha, but research kehti ha k relation ha or bohat hi gehra relation ha q k jab ap exercise karty hain to apky mind se gussy waly checmicals ko ura deti ha or apka mood improve kar deti ha jis se ap tentions ko light lety huwy unka solution find kar lety ho.

Isky elawa b daily exercise k boat se faidy hain, Main apko yeh nahi keh raha k daily 1-2 hours exercise karein but just 10-15 mintes ki apki favorite exercise hi apki asabi kamzori ko khatam karny k liye bohat ha but isy apni daily ki routine banain.

Apni Problems ko Samjhain:

Kuch log kehty hain k totkay ya medicines use karna hi apki asabi kamzori ka ilaj ha but America main ki gayi research kehti ha k apko asabi kamzori (Anxiety Neurosis) k liye apny mind ko strong karna parta ha.

Isky liye ap apni problems par research karein k inky solve karny k konsy method hain or un main se kisi b sahi method ko choose kar k kam karna start karein bajaye k anxiety main phans kar ap mazeed kam ko kharab karna start kar dain.

Khud ko Relax Karein:

Har Insan khud ko relax karny ka method janta ha or mery khayal main har kisi ka metod different hota ha jaisa k kuch log relax feel karny k liye bahir jaty hain, kuch log funny movies/dramas deikhty hain or kuch mery jaisy log slow music se hi relax hojaty hain.

Isi tarha apka b relax karny ka koi na koi method zaror hoga so main kehna ye chahta hun k apni daily routine main us relax karny wali acitivity ko thora time dain is se na sirf ap apna favorite kam kar sakain gy balky apny mind ko proper work karny k liye ready b kar sakain gy, or agar ap hard work kar rahy hain to usko chalany k liye mind ko relax karna bohat hi zarori hota ha.

Chaye/Coffee/kahwa Piyen:

Agar ap Pakistani hain to pir may be ap b chaye peeny k shoqeen hon gy, Agar nahi hain to chaye ya coffee ko apny free time main relax ho kar sip karein is se ap ziada relax feel karein gy.

      Ye exact problem to aisy nahi bataya ja sakta but it looks like k apky mind py pressure ha, ap daily exercise ki routine banaye or jitna ho saky happy time spend karein. You will see the big difference !!

          Ap daily basis par fresh fruit ka juice piya karein or bilkul thory time k liye like 10-15 minutes exercise ki routine lazmi banayen like walking, jogging is se apka problem completely solve ho jaye ga….

            sir muje aik dum chakar ata hai jaise zalzla aya hu sar se le kar paon tak jatka lagta hai aur khoof tari ho jata hai ziyda tar mai namaz k liye khara hun aise lagta mai gir jao ga aur jab so kar uthta hun mere dono hath ki ungliyan soyi hoti hain har sauba ye hota aur kabi kabi betha hun to mera jisam hil raha aur mere khoon k chalne ki darkan ki tarah awaz ati hai har wqat khoof mai rehta hun

      Ye asabi kamzori k elawa apko shaking stress ki waja se hoti ha, Ap simple exercise ki just 15 minutes ki routine start karein or jitna ho saky relax rahien. Bohat jald ap major difference feel karein gy !!

Aslamwalekum ,,, mein bhi asabi kamzori ka shikar hon . mje bhi same yahi alamate hoti hain chakar ana thakawat hona kamzori hona tango mein nerves mien pain hona, sokar uthon to aisa lagta hai jaise dimag ghoom raha hai, mein bas pain killer hi lerahi hon. jis se srf 24hrs ka relax milta hai, jab upset hoti hn tou wakai mri taklif mein izafa hojata hai

    1. Ap jitna ho sakta ha khud ko relax rakhien or is problem ko apny mind par heavy na karein, secondly pain killers kam karein and morning walk lazmi kia karein ye must ha apky liye or coffee agar possible nahi ha to pain k time py hard tea pi lia karein….Jald apko difference feel ho jaye ga…
